The Quality Research Group was established in 1994 with an objective of disseminating the novice management concept of Total Quality Management(TQM) in Macau. After the group was established, it had carried out various measures to generalize the concept and importance of quality management, of which is this book. This book systematically elaborated the core concept about management such as the customer value in quality, process management, quality control circle, quality tools and so on. This book could serve as a teaching material of high quality for graduate and undergraduate business students.
