Culture and Management - Observations in Asia, Europe, and Africa

本書由七篇論文彙集而成。這些文章對20世紀90年代晚期亞洲、歐洲和非洲一些國家和地區的經濟管理進行了深入的觀察。在這些文章中，作者們所關注的並不是某一個特定的管理問題，而是文化與某一特定問題之間的關係，比如：日本文化和管理、中國傳統文化和管理，企業家精神，等等。通過這些專題的探討，這些研究試圖說明多樣性的文化因素在組織和管理方面所扮演的角色和發揮的作用。

The volume is a collection of seven articles reporting in the late 1990s made observations in selected countries or regions in Asia, Europe, and Africa. The authors are not concerned with one specific issue of management, but each suggested the link between culture and particular issue (such as Japanese culture and management, traditional Chinese culture and management, the entrepreneurial and so on), thus emphasizing the diverse impact that culture can have on organizational or managerial factors.
