自1980年代中期進入過渡時期以來，澳門的玩具製造業產出日趨下降。本研究一方面參考所採用的製造策略內容，另一方面通過將起源和演變與它們所源自的環境以及操作過程相聯繫的方式，對在這種大背景下PLASTOYS相對成功的競爭表現進行了深入的解釋。
Within the timing of a transitional period occurring in Macau since the mid-1980s, and while focusing on the context of the declining output of its overall toy manufacturing industry, this study attempts to explain the relatively successful competitive performance of PLASTOYS, not only by reference to the described content of the manufacturing strategies employed, but also by relating their origin and evolution to the contexts in which they derived from, together with their processes of operation.
