本書是為數不多的以案例形式考察澳門人力資源的研究之一。這項研究系統地考察了先進技術工具的使用、服務質量、人類行為和組織結構之間的關係。在本項研究中，作者認為，儘管有必要，但資本的可利用性還不足以保證技術轉讓的順利進行，而購買最新技術也不總是最好的選擇。
This book is one of the few studies about human resources in Macau through the use of a case study. The study examines the relationship between the use of technologically sophisticated tools, the quality of service, human behavior and organizational structures. Through this book, the author considered that the availability of capital although necessary is not a sufficient condition to guarantee a smooth technology transfer and the acquisition of the newest technology is not always the best option.
