摘要

This paper examines how and when perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects employees’ propensity to engage in pro-environmental behavior. The findings include the extent to which employees’ engagement in CSR-specific behavior can be traced from their identification with their organization, thus drawing attention to the relationship between perceived CSR and organizational identification.
