This paper seeks to study the generational differences in Chinese luxury hotel guests in Macau. The specific objectives are to identify the dimensions of attribute-based hotel quality and pinpoint performance improvement areas for both generations X and Y and to examine generational disparities in the antecedents and consequences of luxury hotel loyalty.
