Virginia has joined IFT since 2010, and she is teaching various subjects, including accounting, financial management and brand management. Prior to joining IFT, Virginia has years of experiences in public and private accounting firms in United States, Hong Kong and China as well as teaching experience with other institutes in Macau. Virginia also has industrial experience working with various brands in the OEM process involving design, contracting, manufacturing and quality control. She participated in various consultancy projects in Macau, incluing retail industry satisfaction, tourist profiling and local tourism development. Virginia has published in various tourism and hospitality journals and her research interests include: - Generational differences in workplace and tourism behaviors - Networking and guanxi within organization - Frontline employee stress - Branding
